Sebanyak 22 topik dikemukakan yang terdiri daripada 5,745 teks (makalah, bab buku, kertas kerja, dan tesis), 82 rakaman video (termasuk kerjan, majlis pertabalan, ucapan, teromba dan lain-lain), lagu, muzik, 352 foto, lukisan dan lain-lain sudah dimasukkan untuk memudahkan pencarian dilakukan. Sebahagian bahan itu diambil daripada koleksi Norhalim Haji Ibrahim dan yang lain daripada koleksi di Perpustakaan Awam Negeri Sembilan dan juga Muzium Negeri Sembilan. This database was developed in 2005 upon the request of Negeri Sembilan government by providing  financial assistance.  This is so far the only multi-media database in the  Portal arranged under 22 different topics, comprising of 5,745 texts (ie  journal articles, book chapters, seminar papers, and theses), video recordings (including different kerjan, pertabalan and other installation ceremonies, speeches, recitations of  teromba. songs, music, photos, drawings and more.  Some of these materials originated from Norhalim Ibrahim’s collection, while the others  from the collections of  Negeri Sembilan Public Library and The Museum of Negeri Sembilan.
