Description

  1. Eggs.
  2. Mushroom (soaked).
  3. Chicken flesh (cut to pieces).
  4. Gravy inbredients:
  5. 1/2 tsp hua-jiao.
  6. 1 no star anise.
  7. 2 tbsp oo-long tea leaves.
  8. 1 tpsb jasmine tea leaves.
  9. 1.5 1 i tres water.
Herbs:
  1. 4 Slices dang-guj-tou.
  2. 2 Slices shou-dj.
  3. 2 tbsp Shuang-jj-sheng.
  4. 10 Slices chuan-gong.
  5. 5 Slices gan-chao.
  6. Seasoning:
  7. 1 tbsp salt.
  8. 2 tbsp dark soya sauce.
  9. 2 tbsp sugar.
  • Cook whole eggs
  • dip into cool water for 10 minutes. Knock lightly to crack the shell.'
  • Combine the gravy ingredients
  • herbs
  • chicken flesh and mushrooms
  • bring to a boil. Add in eggs and seasoning
  • turn to low flame
  • simmer for 3 hours.'
