- Eggs.
- Mushroom (soaked).
- Chicken flesh (cut to pieces).
- Gravy inbredients:
- 1/2 tsp hua-jiao.
- 1 no star anise.
- 2 tbsp oo-long tea leaves.
- 1 tpsb jasmine tea leaves.
- 1.5 1 i tres water.
- 4 Slices dang-guj-tou.
- 2 Slices shou-dj.
- 2 tbsp Shuang-jj-sheng.
- 10 Slices chuan-gong.
- 5 Slices gan-chao.
- Seasoning:
- 1 tbsp salt.
- 2 tbsp dark soya sauce.
- 2 tbsp sugar.
- Cook whole eggs
- dip into cool water for 10 minutes. Knock lightly to crack the shell.'
- Combine the gravy ingredients
- herbs
- chicken flesh and mushrooms
- bring to a boil. Add in eggs and seasoning
- turn to low flame
- simmer for 3 hours.'
