Description
- 170 g Tang-min flour.
- 100 g tapioca flour.
- 30 g tepong pulut.
- 1 atau 2 tsp salt.
- 440 ml hot water (lastly).
- 5 tbsp oil.
- Turnip 1 nos.
- Mushroom 3 nos (shredded.
- Dried prawns.
- Saute some chopped garlic
- then add in the ingredients.'
Add in some pepper - light soy sauce
- oyster sauce and fry till fragrant.'
- Put all ingredients into the bowl. While mixing
- add in the hot water till dough is smooth.'
- Wrap with fillings and steam for 5 to 8 minutes.'
