Description

  1. 170 g Tang-min flour.
  2. 100 g tapioca flour.
  3. 30 g tepong pulut.
  4. 1 atau 2 tsp salt.
  5. 440 ml hot water (lastly).
  6. 5 tbsp oil.
Fillings:
  1. Turnip 1 nos.
  2. Mushroom 3 nos (shredded.
  3. Dried prawns.
  • Saute some chopped garlic
  • then add in the ingredients.'
    Add in some pepper
  • light soy sauce
  • oyster sauce and fry till fragrant.'
  • Put all ingredients into the bowl. While mixing
  • add in the hot water till dough is smooth.'
  • Wrap with fillings and steam for 5 to 8 minutes.'
